The Opportunity

Capital Chemist Head Office is seeking an Office Manager to coordinate support for the 20 staff working at head office, while providing support for our pharmacies. The role will also include event management and oversees our staff wellness program.

You

The role is based at our office in Kingston Foreshore. It is full time but we have some flexibility for the right person. The company vehicle is available to this staff member most of the time. INTERN PHARMACIST POSITION 2022

Capital Chemist Southlands is a large and busy service orientated pharmacy. In addition to dispensing and engaging with our customers, we offer a large range of professional health services including compression garment therapy, medicinal cannabis dispensing and vaccinations. Recently renovated to include 7 consulting rooms, our working environment provides every opportunity to perform those tasks and learn the required skills to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and Quality Care Pharmacy Program.
 
We believe in finding solutions today, for our customers and staff and making a difference in our community. Our team of 35 staff including 13 pharmacists will provide plenty of support and collaboration for the ultimate learning experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting our pharmacists with health promotions and the provision of professional services, working in the dispensary with daily tasks and general administration, maintaining the Pharmacy Practice Incentive Program and getting to know our community working as a pharmacist on the floor.
 
You must have successfully completed a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy and be self-motivated, energetic and reliable. Capital Chemist Southlands has trained many successful Intern Pharmacists over the years, providing the tools and encouragement to help you succeed. Flexibility and a dedicated work ethic is an essential requirement for employment.
 
This is a full time (76 hours per fortnight) role which will include a regular weekend shift. Remuneration is as per the Pharmacy Industry Award. Other benefits include payment for your chosen Intern Training Program and other training as required.

We are looking for two self-motivated intern pharmacists to join our multi award winning team in 2022 (or end of 2021). We are a suburban community pharmacy in Chisholm, ACT, and our community is our focus.  Capital Chemist Waramanga is looking for a permanent Saturday Pharmacist to do 9am-2pm.

We are flexible with days but prefer at least 2 Saturdays per month or all 4 for the right person.
