  • Use only as directed
  • Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
    To fill with air, unscrew metal valve half way by turning in an anticlockwise direction and inflate using either mouth or air pump
  • Once desired firmness is achieved, close by turning metal valve in a clockwise direction until tight
  • To deflate, simply reverse process to allow air to escape.
