    Sambucol Cold & Flu Liquid is a pleasantly tasting liquid extract of Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra)
  • Sambucol is best taken at first sign of cold and flu – within 48hours of the onset of symptoms, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

    Each 15ml syrup contains 5.70g
  • Sambucus nigra Black elderberry fruit juice equivalent
  • Contains potassium sorbate and glucose
  • No added: lactose, gluten, yeast, dairy, salt or artificial colours.
    Adults take 15ml (1 tablespoon) 3 – 4 times daily
  • Children 5 – 12 years take 15ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily
  • Children 2 – 4 years take 7.5 – 15ml (1/2 – 1 tablespoon) per day.
