Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen
Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while inhaling
Repeat in other nostril
Gently pinch the nostrils together
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 3 times daily or as needed.
