    This product provides temporary relief from Runny nose, Blocked nose and sinuses, Sinus pain, Fever, Headache, and Body aches & pains.

    Consult your doctor before use: if you have high blood pressure; if you have heart problems; if you are taking antidepressants
  • Keep to the recommended dose
  • Phenylephrine sensitive individuals should take the last dose a few hours before bed time as they may experience sleeplessness
  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Do not use this product: if using other products containing paracetamol, for more than 48 hours in children aged 12–17, for more than a few days at a time in adults except on medical advice.
    Paracetamol 500 mg, Codeine phosphate 9 mg & Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg.
    Adults and children 12 years and over take 2 orange day time capsules with water every 4-6 hours (morning, midday and afternoon) as necessary
  • At night time, take 2 blue night time capsules with water before bed as necessary
  • Allow 4-6 hours between the day time and night time dose
  • Do not exceed 6 orange day time capsules and 2 blue night time capsules in 24 hours
  • Adults should not take this product for more than a few days at a time except on medical advice
  • Children should not use for more than 48 hours, except on medical advice
  • Do not use in children under 12 years.
