    Each Centrum Kids tablet contains: Retinyl Palmitate (Vit A) 1500IU; Thiamine Nitrate (Vit B1) 1mg; Riboflavin (Vit B2) 1.2mg; Nicotinamide 15mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit B6) 2mg; Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) 1.2mcg; Calcium Pantothenate 4.5mg; Folic acid 100mcg; Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 50mg, (as ascorbic acid 25mg and sodium ascorbate 28.1mg); Cholecalciferol (Vit D3) 2.5mcg; dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit E) 10mg; Biotin (Vit H) 50mcg; Calcium (as Hydrogen Phosphate) 10mg; Iron (as Ferrous fumarate) 1.5mg; Manganese (as Sulfate) 50mcg; Magnesium (as Oxide) 5mg; Phosphorous (as Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate) 7.7mg; Zinc (as Oxide) 1mg
    Children 2 and 3 years of age, chew approximately ½ tablet daily with food
