    Active ingredients per 5g dose: Magnesium Citrate (magnesium 310mg) 2g, Taurine 500mg, Glutamine 500mg, Levocarnitine tartrate (levocarnitine 100g) 147mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous (calcium 65g) 223.4mg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg, Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1, thiamine 20.3mg) 25mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5mg, Nicotinanide 25mg, Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5, partothenic acid 45.8mg) 50mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6, pyridoxine 41.1mg) 50mg, Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 20µg, Folic acid 150µg
    Adults add 5g (1.5 metric teaspoons) to 200 ml cold beverages
