During the warmer months you might prefer to nourish your body
with a light and refreshing breakfast to start the day.
Here is one of our favourite smoothie bowls that’s sure to give
you an energy boost.
Ingredients:
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Handful spinach
Toppings:
2 Strawberries sliced long ways
Small handful of blueberries
Quarter banana sliced
Sprinkle of coconut flakes
Slivered or halved almonds
Small handful raspberries
Chia seeds
Method:
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until
smooth, but still quite thick.
Add more frozen mixed berries to thicken if required.
Spoon (or pour) into a bowl and top with extra ingredients.
Have fun with the topping decorating, and enjoy!
