Dispensary Operations Manager (Pharmacist)
Capital Chemist is a service-oriented pharmacy group based in Canberra with 47 stores in five states and territories.

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist or senior dispensary technician to be charged with implementation and management of Capital Chemist ‘s major Dispensary Supplier relationships. (A more detailed position description statement is available.)

The position will be permanent part-time and is expected to average 15 hours a week with some fluctuation in requirements. There would be flexibility in the choice of hours noting that attention to the role could be required on any weekday.

The successful candidate will live in Canberra, have a thorough understanding of modern dispensary operations and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, and be well versed in FRED dispensary software and excel, and preferably PosWorks point of sale.

Capital Chemist Curtin has an exciting opportunity for a full time pharmacist.

The applicant needs to be able to work well with our hardworking team, embrace challenges and possess a high level of accuracy.

There is a lot of opportunity to learn new skills as our pharmacy is always focused on expanding our services. Current services include complex compounding, vaccinations, woundcare, supply of IVF medicines, specialist testing (HbA1c, lipid profile, anaemia), leave certificates and the Impromy program.

The successful applicant will be required to work every second Saturday from 8.30am-4pm – hours during the week are flexible.

The pay rate is negotiable based on your skills and level of experience.

The role includes:

- receiving and marking off stock in the dispensary and front of shop

- invoicing

- managing excess stock and daily shop fills

- store presentation

The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, great interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

Capital Chemist Curtin is looking for a full time dispense and compound technician to join our team.

The applicant needs to be able to work well with our hardworking team, embrace challenges and possess a high level of accuracy.

The role will involve dispensing prescriptions, managing stock and expiry dates.

Additionally, our compounding business is expanding and the successful applicant will be expected to work in our lab under pharmacist guidance to make compounded products.

Training will be provided but pharmacy experience is preferred.

Hours are 8:30am/9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday – with some flexibility

The position is to start as soon as possible.

The applicant will have excellent communications and customer service skills.

You do not have to do all the days, but preferably minimum of 2 days.

Pharmacy Dispensary Technician/ Webster packer – Full time position.

Capital Chemist Waramanga is looking for an experienced dispensary technician who can also pack Webster packs. Full time hours are on offer 8:30am/9am to 6pm Monday to Friday - but we are flexible.

The position is to start from 6th August 2018.

You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and have some dispensing background with Winifred. Webster packing experience not essential, as this can be taught on the job. You will also be interacting with customers!
